We flow through our energetic heated 60-minute vinyasa sequences with intention. Braiding postures together that will strengthen, stretch, and align your body from the inside out. A creative and unique flow that encompasses mindful breath to movement while vibrating together as one. Classes are held in our heated room between 90-95 degrees using infrared technology. This class is NOT recommended for beginners, but all levels are welcome.
